Ìri's Journal is a creative publication built to give space to voices that don't fit traditional editorial
molds. Founded in Chicago in November 2023, the journal publishes personal essays, cultural commentary,
photography, and creative writing, prioritizing authenticity and perspective.
Every issue is a collaboration between 15–20 writers, photographers, and artists of various mediums. The editorial process is built
around preserving contributor voice: open submissions, transparent selection, and a rule that nothing publishes
without the creator's final approval. Distribution runs through contributor networks rather than paid reach,
which means the community itself is the growth engine.
